With a long history as a manufacturer specializing in servo drive, we have been committed to solving problems of our customers. As a result, we now have a rich lineup of direct drive motors, linear servo motors and linear stages.
Customized products account for approx. 80% of our domestic sales of direct drive motors, and we take pride in being among the industry leaders in terms of the ability to accommodate customer needs. Many customers whose requests have been turned down by other companies contact us, asking if we can meet their needs. Leveraging our superb technological capabilities and the know-how of servo motors that we have amassed over the years, we strive to solve problems of these customers.
Pioneer of direct drive motors
Since its foundation in 1967, NIKKI has been devoted to the development of unique technologies, from as far back as the era of DC servo, with the aim of developing sources of motive power that humans can operate as they wish. We are proud of our track record and experience of developing direct drive motor technologies for over 20 years since launching the direct drive motor τ (Tau) Series, the first of its kind in the industry, in 2003.

NIKKI is one of the few servo drive manufacturers whose sales staff can support customers all the way to system startup. In addition to this sales staff team, we have the design and development department whose members hold discussions directly with customers, the manufacturing department that can flexibly meet high-mix, low-volume production needs and the service department that works in the spirit of customer engineering, among others. All these departments work together on a company-wide basis to provide optimal drive system solutions that maximize the added value of the customers’ equipment.
