Ideal for high-accuracy positioning of large inertia loads, such as alignment operations for large FPD substrates
Multi-turn type (R200/R360/R500)
Allows multi-turn operation by connecting magnet bases.
Also ideal for applications such as transmission stages and inspection equipment utilizing the hollow diameter.
